Gustavo H. Br\u00edtez, Presidente y la Abg. Edith P. Mart\u00ednez Aquino, vicepresidenta, pusieron en posesi\u00f3n de cargo a los Magistrados, Ram\u00f3n Trinidad Zelaya Bogado y Luz Mar\u00eda Teresita Torres Esquivel, integrantes del novel tribunal penal habilitado en la Circunscripci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicho acto cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de Magistrados, Agentes Fiscales, Defensores P\u00fablicos y funcionarios de la dependencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La habilitaci\u00f3n del Tribunal Penal de segunda instancia constituye un logro muy importante para la Instituci\u00f3n y visa fortalecer la eficiencia del servicio
