En la sede judicial de Curuguaty, se ha retomado la realizaci\u00f3n de los juicios orales y p\u00fablicos en atenci\u00f3n a las causas surgidas en la regi\u00f3n. Los Magistrados, Hugo Medina y Bonifacio Rojas Zeballos, con la Actuaria Judicial, Daniela N\u00fa\u00f1ez, desarrollan los actos de manera presencial, mientras que la Magistrada, Sof\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez interviene de manera remota desde el Palacio de Justicia de Saltos del Guair\u00e1 mediante el uso de medios telem\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Estas iniciativas se enmarcan en el plan de mejora institucional, buscando mejorar la accesibilidad de los usuarios al servicio de justicia y combatir la mora judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
