Mar\u00eda Isabel D\u00e1valos, Magistrada responsable por el procedimiento de depuraci\u00f3n de evidencias, aprob\u00f3 y supervis\u00f3 la depuraci\u00f3n de evidencias almacenadas en la b\u00f3veda de la sede judicial de Curuguaty. Este proceso implica la disposici\u00f3n, destrucci\u00f3n o inutilizaci\u00f3n de evidencias u objetos incautados en causas penales finiquitadas en el sistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure diligencia, se procedi\u00f3 a la entrega en donaci\u00f3n de enseres de trabajo al director de la Escuela Agr\u00edcola CEFA \u2013 Centro Educativo Familiar Agr\u00edcola, Padre, Thomas Hasler. Asimismo, las armas y municiones fueron entregadas a los funcionarios de la DIMABEL, en cumplimiento a lo establecido en las Acordadas N\u00ba 1497\/21 y su modificatoria N\u00ba 1510\/2021, CSJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se han identificado y depurado un total de 135 evidencias, entre objetos varios, armas de distintos calibres y explosivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acompa\u00f1aron el procedimiento, el Actuario Judicial, Abg. Ever Ferreira, el Defensor P\u00fablico, Abg. Fidel Ben\u00edtez, la encargada de la B\u00f3veda de Seguridad de la sede judicial de Curuguaty, Abg. Rosana Elizabeth Gonz\u00e1lez, en representaci\u00f3n de la Auditoria de Gesti\u00f3n Jurisdiccional, el Director General, Abg. Rodolfo Heyn Arias, y el Abg. Gustavo Gauto, de la Auditor\u00eda Interna de la CSJ, el Auditor, Abg. Dionicio Araujo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta medida representa un paso significativo en el proceso de gesti\u00f3n y administraci\u00f3n de las evidencias judiciales, contribuyendo a una mayor eficiencia y optimizaci\u00f3n de los recursos del sistema judicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Abg.
