A partir de la jornada los tr\u00e1mites de las causas ingresadas a segunda instancia se tramitan exclusivamente por medio de los expedientes electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El hist\u00f3rico acto de la primera firma de resoluci\u00f3n de segunda instancia, en el formato electr\u00f3nico estuvo a cargo de la Abg. Edith Mart\u00ednez y de la Abg. Luz Torres, camaristas del los Tribunales <\/a>de Apelaci\u00f3n de la Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial de Canindey\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El importante logro se enmarca dentro del plan de trabajo de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Tecnolog\u00eda de la Informaci\u00f3n y las Comunicaciones, aprobado por la CSJ. para la implementaci\u00f3n, aplicaci\u00f3n y expansi\u00f3n del expediente electr\u00f3nico con el fin de fortalecer el sistema digital, as\u00ed como brindar agilidad y celeridad a la atenci\u00f3n de los procesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
