V\u00edctor Hugo Mart\u00ednez Bello, Juez de Paz de Yasy Ka\u00f1y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n de confirmar en el cargo al magistrado se respald\u00f3 en su destacada labor a cargo de la unidad judicial de referencia. La Superintendencia de la Circunscripci\u00f3n, a cargo de la Ministra, Dra.
