En acto protocolar simb\u00f3lico, los Miembros del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la Circunscripci\u00f3n han puesto en posesi\u00f3n de cargo al Magistrado, Abg. Marcos Gim\u00e9nez Rivas, como Juez Penal de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 3 y Penal Adolescente de Curuguaty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Abg. Gustavo Br\u00edtez, la Abg. Edith Mart\u00ednez y la Abg. Luz M. Torres, Presidente y Vicepresidentas del Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n, encabezaron el acto, quienes a su turno resaltaron la labor de la Magistrado, Ram\u00f3n Alberto Florent\u00edn Romero quien fung\u00eda como interino de dicha dependencia judicial, garantizando el servicio de justicia a los usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde la fecha el Magistrado tambi\u00e9n se desempe\u00f1ar\u00e1 como Juez Interino en el Juzgado Penal de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 1 de Curuguaty sin perjuicio de sus funciones hasta nueva disposici\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El acto cont\u00f3 la presencia de las Magistradas, Maria Ysabel D\u00e1valos, Sonia Medina, Nancy Morel; los magistrados, Miguel Riveros y Jos\u00e9 L\u00f3pez, junto a funcionarios de la sede del Juzgado de Primera Instancia de Curuguaty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
