En la jornada, prestaron juramento ante los ministros de Corte, el novel Juez Penal de Garant\u00edas de Curuguaty, Abg. Marcos Gim\u00e9nez Rivas y el Juez Penal de Sentencia de Saltos del Guair\u00e1, Abg. Benito Ram\u00f3n Gonz\u00e1lez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, en sesi\u00f3n plenaria del d\u00eda de la fecha, y con la finalidad de asegurar la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio de justicia, la Corte Suprema de Justicia ha resuelto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Dejar sin efecto los comisionamientos de la Abg. Mar\u00eda Ysabel D\u00e1valos, Jueza Penal de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 4 de Saltos del Guair\u00e1, como Jueza Interina Penal de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 1 de Curuguaty, y, de la Abg. Guillermina Gonz\u00e1lez, Jueza Penal de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 1 de Saltos del Guair\u00e1 en el Juzgado Penal de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Comisionar sin perjuicios de sus funciones, al Abg. Marcos Gim\u00e9nez Rivas, Juez Penal de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 3 y Penal Adolescente de Curuguaty, a interinar hasta nueva disposici\u00f3n, el Juzgado Penal de Garant\u00edas N\u00ba 1 de Curuguaty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Comisionar a la Abg. B\u00e1rbara Peralta, Jueza de Paz de Puerto Adela, como magistrada interina del Juzgado de Paz de Katuet\u00e9, sin perjuicio de sus funciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
