Josefina Gunsett, particip\u00f3 como disertante en una charla educativa, desarrollando el tema: \u00abAn\u00e1lisis de la legislaci\u00f3n en aspectos de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes\u00bb, realizado en el Colegio Nacional de Katuet\u00e9, y dirigida a padres de familia y docentes de la instituci\u00f3n, con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la comprensi\u00f3n sobre <a><\/a>las obligaciones legales y el deber de cuidado que recae en las familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la exposici\u00f3n, se analiz\u00f3 el marco jur\u00eddico nacional e internacional vinculado a la protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, con \u00e9nfasis en la responsabilidad parental y los mecanismos legales para prevenir situaciones de vulnerabilidad. Adem\u00e1s, se destacaron aspectos de la legislaci\u00f3n penal y laboral aplicables a ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, subrayando las consecuencias jur\u00eddicas por incumplimiento de las normas de protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n activa de los asistentes, quienes destacaron la importancia del rol familiar en el cumplimiento de los derechos de los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes. Docentes y directivos resaltaron la necesidad de integrar estos temas en la formaci\u00f3n integral de la comunidad educativa. Al finalizar, se gener\u00f3 un espacio de di\u00e1logo donde los padres plantearon inquietudes sobre casos concretos y recibieron orientaci\u00f3n legal para fortalecer la aplicaci\u00f3n
