El Pleno de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, en la fecha, ha dispuesto la reorganizaci\u00f3n de los interinazgos en la XV Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial de Canindey\u00fa para optimizar la respuesta jurisdiccional en las sedes de Yasy Ca\u00f1y y Curuguaty. En virtud de esta decisi\u00f3n, se ha designado a la Abg. Elcira C\u00e1ceres, titular del Juzgado de Paz de Ypejh\u00fa, como interina del Juzgado de Paz de Yasy Ca\u00f1y con perjuicio de sus funciones originarias. Esta determinaci\u00f3n deja sin efecto la anterior designaci\u00f3n del Abg. Miguel \u00c1ngel Riveros Storm, quien retomar\u00e1 la dedicaci\u00f3n exclusiva en el Juzgado de Paz del Segundo Turno de Curuguaty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, la m\u00e1xima instancia judicial ha ratificado al Magistrado Nychert Lorenzo Almir\u00f3n Ortiz, Juez de Paz de Colonia Itanar\u00e1, para ejercer el interinazgo del Juzgado de Paz de Ypejh\u00fa sin perjuicio de sus funciones originarias. La reestructuraci\u00f3n busca garantizar que las unidades judiciales afectadas cuenten con una conducci\u00f3n que asegure la celeridad procesal y un servicio de justicia eficiente para la ciudadan\u00eda de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
