El Juez de Paz interino, Abg. Nychert Almir\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1ado por el actuario judicial Abg. Gustavo Rejala, representantes de la CODENI y efectivos de la Polic\u00eda Nacional, se constituyeron a la vivienda para verificar la situaci\u00f3n denunciada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bEn el lugar, la comitiva constat\u00f3 que las ni\u00f1as permanec\u00edan solas en un entorno de extrema precariedad e insalubridad. Ante el riesgo constatado, el Juzgado resolvi\u00f3 otorgar la guarda y protecci\u00f3n provisoria de ambas ni\u00f1as a la encargada de la CODENI de la Municipalidad de Ypejh\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bComo parte de las medidas de protecci\u00f3n integral, se orden\u00f3 la realizaci\u00f3n de un chequeo m\u00e9dico por parte de la Unidad de Salud Familiar y se encomend\u00f3 a la Polic\u00eda Nacional la localizaci\u00f3n de los adultos responsables.
