El tema desarrollodo fue sobre juicios ejecutivos.<br>El desarrollo del mismo estuvo a cargo del Dr. Modesto N\u00fa\u00f1ez. En ambas jornadas, el Consejo de Administraci\u00f3n de la Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial de Canindey\u00fa, estuvo representada por la presidenta, la Abg. Edith Mart\u00ednez Aquino. Estuvieron presentes magistrados, funcionarios, profesionales del derecho y estudiantes de la regi\u00f3n.<br>El programa acad\u00e9mico del diplomado abarca las \u00e1reas de Derecho Civil y Procesal Civil, Derecho Penal y Procesal Penal, Derecho Laboral y Procesal Laboral, Derecho de la Ni\u00f1ez y Adolescencia, Derecho Penal Juvenil y Justicia Restaurativa.<br>El acceso a las actividades es presencial y gratuita.
