El Juzgado Penal de Garant\u00edas N\u00b0 3 de la ciudad de Saltos del Guair\u00e1 a cargo del magistrado, Abg. Silvio Rojas, secretar\u00eda a cargo del Actuario Judicial, Abg. Juan Miguel G\u00f3mez, el d\u00eda de ayer autoriz\u00f3 v\u00eda Anticipo Jurisdiccional de Prueba la quema de marihuana que totalizaron 113 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El acto deviene de la tramitaci\u00f3n de dos causas penales y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n del Agente Fiscal Abg. Abelino Bareiro, el Defensor P\u00fablico Abg. Rub\u00e9n Rodr\u00edguez Pati\u00f1o, la Agente especial de la SENAD, F\u00e1tima Torres y el apoyo del Tte. Fragata, Pablo Moura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
